What we collect

When you apply to list a business, we collect business name, website, contact name, email, phone number, category, state, optional message and your recorded consent. The website may also process technical request data for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

We use application information to evaluate business submissions, communicate about submitted requests, help prevent abuse and administer the Registry. Submitting information does not automatically make a business publicly visible or verified.

Access and storage

Application data is stored in a controlled database and is accessible to authorized administrators. Credential storage and administrative access are subject to technical access controls. Infrastructure providers may process technical data necessary to deliver the site.

Retention and rights

Operational retention periods, deletion procedures, regional privacy rights, and contact channels require confirmation by counsel before this notice is finalized.
